不过，为了维护整个域名系统的健康与安全，我们团队根据服务条款，决定启动第二次闲置域名清理行动。为什么要做这件事？主要是因为有一部分域名被大量囤积却从未使用，这不仅浪费资源，也容易引发滥用问题（比如垃圾邮件、恶意跳转等），影响大家的使用体验。
上一次清理是在 2025 年 8 月，时隔整整一年，现在第二波清理如期而至。
哪些域名会被清理？
我们主要依据以下三条规则：
长期未使用的闲置域名——注册后从未搭建网站或解析使用的；
被权威安全机构标记的域名——且长期未申请解除警报的；
涉及违规内容的域名——包括侵权、商标纠纷、色情、暴力、垃圾邮件等。
需要说明的是，这次清理不是“一刀切”，而是长期持续进行的，具体进度会视管理员的工作安排而定。根据以往经验，整个清理过程大概会持续 2～3 个月。
所以，如果您手上有闲置的 sld.tw 域名，并且希望保留它，请从现在开始尽快将其投入正常使用（比如绑定一个有效的网站或服务），这样就能避免被误清理。

We hope this post finds you well. First of all, we want to express our sincere gratitude for the tremendous support you’ve shown since the launch of the sld.tw free domain service.
Today, we’re announcing the second round of idle domain cleanup, as per our Terms of Service and after careful consideration by our team. The main reason behind this initiative is to prevent the hoarding of unused domains, which not only wastes valuable resources but also increases the risk of abuse (such as spam, phishing, or malicious redirects) that could harm the overall service quality.
The first cleanup took place back in August 2025. Now, one year later, it’s time for the second wave.
Which domains will be affected?
We’ll be targeting domains that fall into any of these categories:
Long‑term idle domains – those that have never been used for a website or active resolution;
Domains flagged by authoritative security bodies – where the alert has not been lifted for a prolonged period;
Domains involved in violations – including trademark infringement, pornography, violence, spam, or other prohibited activities.
Please note that this cleanup is not a one‑time event – it will be carried out gradually over a longer period. The exact schedule depends on administrator availability, but based on past experience, the entire process is expected to take 2 to 3 months.
If you currently hold an idle sld.tw domain that you wish to keep, we strongly encourage you to start using it actively right now – for example, by attaching it to a live website or service. This will ensure your domain is not mistakenly cleaned up.
